Koltsovo Airport
Koltsovo Airport pays special attention to passengers with mobility difficulties, ensuring the fastest and most comfortable passage of necessary formalities (check-in, customs and border control, assistance in receiving and registering baggage), meeting clients upon arrival at the airport and accompanying them to boarding the aircraft, as well as from the aircraft upon arrival. Services are provided by the airport free of charge.
Preparing for the trip
When booking and concluding an air carriage agreement, passengers with disabilities must inform the carrier or the carrier's agent, and when concluding an agreement on the sale of a tourist product - the tour operator or travel agent, of their existing disabilities, as well as the dimensions, weight and other characteristics of individual means of transportation (including the presence and technical characteristics of batteries) carried on board the aircraft.
Please note that the decision to accept passengers with reduced mobility for carriage is made by the airline based on a medical report and taking into account a number of factors: the health of the passenger, restrictions on the number of special category passengers on the flight, the possibility of providing special equipment in flight. At the airport terminal
At the entrances to the terminal, there are stands equipped with a call button to ensure that the passenger is accompanied around the airport complex. Inside the terminal, there are telephones that you can also use to contact the control center for assisting passengers with disabilities. If necessary, the airport provides the passenger with a wheelchair to move around the airport square, the terminal and in the aircraft cabin. To obtain a wheelchair, please contact the dispatcher. Passengers who require medical assistance can check in for their flight at the medical center located on the 1st floor of the airport, after which a special vehicle will take you to the plane. If necessary, you will be accompanied by a qualified medical worker. After checking in, while waiting for your flight, you can spend time in the lounge located on the 1st floor in close proximity to the entrance to the sterile zone. Guide dogs are allowed to accompany visually impaired people in the uncontrolled area of the airport upon presentation of a document confirming their special training. There is a place for walking guide dogs.
The hall is equipped with a staff call button and a medical couch. The lounge offers:

Yekaterinburg-Passazhirsky Railway Station
The Mobility Assistance Center opens 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. The center provides information on services provided on railway transport to passengers with limited mobility and accepts applications.

Who can apply: passengers with limited mobility with disabilities of groups I and II, with persistent disorders of vision, hearing and independent movement, disabled children, as well as passengers traveling on stretchers and having temporary health restrictions or advanced age (over 70 years) with severe visual impairment or moving in wheelchairs, using crutches, walkers, other technical means of mobility.
Application deadline: at least 24 hours before the upcoming trip or arrival at the destination station. The service is provided at more than 10,000 train stations and stopping points. The list can be clarified by contacting the Mobility Assistance Center of JSC Russian Railways.
